I recollect I merely found the solution myself. It'southward under Account > Sign-in options > Dynamic lock > unselect "Allow Windows to automatically lock your device when you're away".
What annoys me was windows deliberately modify my settings/windows behaviours after updates and I had to waste my fourth dimension to change it dorsum somehow.

When the box is checked for Dynamic Lock, does it show a paired device that is providing Dynamic Lock when information technology is moved away from the PC with yous? Which device? Your Phone? Accept you checked in your phone settings if information technology has the aforementioned setting?
If not and so it won't provide Dynamic Lock.

What finally fixred a similar issue for me was enabling System Unattended Sleep Timeout in Advanced Power Options and changing information technology from the default value of 2 minutes.
